With a 25-year track record of building businesses and leading winning teams, John is a preeminent expert in M&A, turn-around and start-up situations. Especially adept at developing strategy and executing innovative solutions to accelerate profitable growth and value creation for clients and stakeholders.As a private equity investor with board advisory and committee chair experience, John has held C-Suite positions and interim, mission critical assignments with private and publicly held domestic and global companies ranging in size from $3M to $20B. Derek J. Fitteron is a career long management consultant leveraging executive management and entrepreneurial accomplishments to bring broad perspective to clients. Derek has deep experience in strategic growth, acquisition advisory, turnaround management and business process optimization. Currently, he is the founder and CEO of Medical Cost Advocate and the Chief Strategy Officer of MissionOne, where he is responsible for strategic direction, management and quality delivery. Previously, he was COO/SVP Strategy of Best Manufacturing Group and an operating advisor to two private equity firms – Long Road Asset Management and Main Street Resources. He was also a senior manager in Arthur Andersen’s Strategic Services Consulting Practice for 12 years. His clients included Samsung, JPMorgan Chase, Verizon and Seiko. Mr. Joseph B. Matheson is a Certified Public Accountant with more than twenty-five years of public and private accounting experience. Joe passed the November 1984 CPA exam with one of the highest scores in the nation, garnering honors at both the state (J.H. Cohn Award nominee) and national level (Elijah Watt Sells Award). He received a Baccalaureate in Economics/Accounting and a minor in statistics from Rutgers University, graduating summa cum laude as the class salutatorian. Joe also received his MBA with honors from Seton Hall University earning a Certificate of Achievement in International Business. Joe initiated his career at Deloitte & Touche (formerly Deloitte, Haskins + Sells) in the tax department as a Senior Tax Accountant. Later, Joe moved to AT&T in the CFO organization as a Senior Financial Analyst before starting his public accounting practice.

Joe is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA, one of the oldest and most prestigious certification organizations) and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Pamela has been engaged in the design process for over 25 years as a creative director, art director and graphic designer. Her passion is web design but her experience has spanned from all aspects of graphic design from brand identity to direct marketing to brochures and annual reports and more. She spends endless hours refining and defining in order to create the best solution for every project. The scope of her work covers a wide variety of industries.  Pamela has worked for various agencies from Los Angeles to Boston to New York as well as having her own freelance business for over 15 years.  She studied web development and design at Art Center, Pasadena and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design from Cal State University, Fullerton.

He began his professional career with Yum Brands® and spent the bulk of his career at Aramark in various leadership roles (General Manager, Group Vice President, Senior Vice President, Vice President of National Accounts). He has a highly successful track record of executive leadership within diverse industries. Prior to Sharp, Doug was VP and GM of the Global Prepaid and Enterprise Growth Division at American Express. He was also VP of Enterprise Business Division for Samsung where he oversaw the launch of Samsung’s PC business in North America. He has served on Ingram Micro’s Presidential Roundtable, was named CRN’s #1 Channel Maverick for 2009, and was awarded CRN’s Everything Channel’s #10 spot in the Top 25 Channel Sales Leaders for 2010.
